Supplement Pick up and Refills
Supplements that have been suggested by your ND are available for pick up at reception during office hours. If you have had a telemedicine appointment, the supplements that are ready for pick up will be included on the invoice that will be sent to you via your online booking Jane profile. If any of your recommended supplements are out of stock, we will contact you once they have arrived and are ready for pick up.
You can request refills for supplements that have been recommended to you by your ND by emailing refills@serenityhealthclinic.com with the EXACT name of the product (including the number of capsules eg: MultiStrain 11 probiotic 120caps vs 60caps). We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up. You can pay online through an invoice that will be sent to you via your online booking Jane profile, or in person when you come to pick up the supplements. Please order your refills long before you run out, as we don’t always have all supplements in stock and there are sometimes delays in ordering or products on backorder.
If it has been over a year since you have had an appointment with your ND, you must re-book with them in order to continue refilling your supplements. This is so that we can have your most current health and medication information to ensure that your recommended supplements are safe and indicated for you.
