My mission is to empower you in your health journey, through guidance and education. I believe that when we are engaged and empowered in our health, we become more present and engaged in our lives. My ultimate goal for you is to live your life fully, spending time with those you love and doing what brings you joy.
I believe that every individual deserves to experience the power of naturopathic medicine. At its core, naturopathic medicine provides the opportunity for individuals to deeply connect with themselves and their bodies and from this connection, wellness can flourish. I aim to create a therapeutic space in which you are heard and seen. I promise to work as your guide to help you thrive in health and beyond.
I have a general medical practice, with the goal of honouring the health concerns you may have. I believe that by achieving balance between our physical, mental and emotional health that we can experience true wellness. I have a special clinical interest in burnout treatment and prevention, hormone health (fertility, PCOS, PMS, perimenopause/menopause, thyroid) and mental health (mood disorders including anxiety and depression). It is a priority of mine to stay up-to-date with treatment evidence and best practice. I will also always consider your experience and values regarding the next steps in our treatment plan.
